The Norfolk – Virginia Beach – Portsmouth Driving Improvement Class is held at the Wyndham Garden Inn at 700 Monticello Avenue in Norfolk, VA, located across the street from the Norfolk Scope on the corner of Brambleton and Monticello. We are in the hotel on the third floor in Suite 301 (the 3rd floor is all business offices) and parking is free in the large hotel parking lot.
